If you haven’t heard of parkrun, it’s a timed, non-competitive, free 5km run every Saturday morning. They’re in hundreds of locations all around the world, and every one is run by volunteers. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and it’s a great way to meet the locals while travelling.
There’s only one problem with parkrun – it’s not in every single country.
We’re a little obsessed with parkrun, and have been known to organise accommodation so we’ll be near one on a Saturday.
